Virat IAS Excellence Hub – Terms and Conditions for the Aspirants

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the online guidance programs, test series, doubts sessions, content on subjects, current affairs and other related material and Services offered by Virat IAS Excellence Hub, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, ("we/us/our is meant for Virat IAS Excellence Hub") for UPSC and APPSC aspirants.

1.2. By registering, paying the fee, or accessing any part of the Services, the candidate ("you/your/candidate") confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1. You confirm that you are an individual preparing for competitive examinations and legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law , the privacy policy and terms & conditions.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration, and to update it promptly if there is any change.

2.3. The under age 13 Yrs candidates/students will not be allowed to get registered for the services provided by Virat IAS Excellence Hub. The age of 21 Yrs will be prescribed by the UPSC/ APPSC/ TGPSC will alone be allowed to enroll as s candidate/ aspirant to these services provided by us.

3. Nature of Services and Disclaimer

3.1. Our programs provide educational guidance, practice Daily Current Affais,Daily Mains practice questions(DMPQ's), Subject content and Current Affais content, test series, doubts session and mentoring support program till the aspirants crack the examination we do not guarantee selection in UPSC/APPSC or any other examination.

3.2. Past performance of any student/aspirant, mentor, or program is not a guarantee of future results, and exam patterns, cut-offs, and vacancies are controlled solely by the respective constitutional/statutory authorities/Recruiting agencies.

4. Account Creation and Security

4.1. Upon successful registration, you will receive a login ID and password for personal use only; you must keep these credentials confidential and secure further the content or any material which is not allowed to transfer to any person, organisation or other purpose without the prior permission of the Virat IAS,If the registered person viloets these terms & conditions or lieable to punish cancel their registration and other servies without any correspondence and intimation.

4.2. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your account; sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

5. Course Fee, Payments, and Taxes

5.1. All course fees, discounts, and payment schedules will be clearly displayed on the website/enrollment form and may be revised at our discretion for future batches.

5.2. Fees once paid are deemed to be for the specific course and batch as mentioned at the time of payment and cannot be automatically adjusted against any other course/person unless expressly allowed in writing by us.

5.3. Any applicable GST, taxes, bank charges, or payment gateway fees are to be borne by the student, as per prevailing law and payment provider rules.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

6.1. Our general policy is:

  • Option A (Strict): All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in case of proven duplicate or excess payment.
  • Option B (Lenient window): Refund requests will be accepted only within (7) days from the course start date, subject to deduction of administrative/processing charges based on services provided after this period, no refund will be provided.

6.2. The Fee will not be refunded for online courses, test series, content and current affairs content, MCQ's & DMPQ's provided by Us.

6.3. In case of genuine hardship (serious medical issues, etc.), we may, at our sole discretion, allow shifting to another batch or course of equivalent fee, On production of genuine reason along with medical proof instead of refund.

Refund Policy

7. Course Access , Schedule, and Changes

7.1. Access to doubts session, recorded videos, test series,current affairs content and materials and any other information will be provided only at the time Enrollment, after expiry, access may be withdrawn without further notice if any aspirant/ candidate is willing to contiue for further course/ test series or Current Affais or Content the decision will be taken by the Virat IAS and inform you with Terms & Conditions.

7.2. Faculty allocation, session timings, and mode of delivery (live/recorded) may be changed by us for academic or administrative reasons; such changes do not entitle the student to a refund.

7.3. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide prior intimation in case of rescheduling, but emergency changes may occur without prior notice.

Course Access

8. Intellectual Property and Fair Use

8.1. All content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, test questions, current affairs content and explanations, notes, PPTs, graphics, logos, and website content, are our intellectual property or used under valid license and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal exam preparation and not for any commercial purpose and also not be allowed by your relatives & friends.

8.3. You shall not record, download, reproduce, re-upload, transmit, distribute, sell, share, or create derivative works from any part of the content; violation may lead to termination of access, legal action, and claims for damages.

IP Rights

9. Student Conduct and Misuse

9.1. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or threatening activity, and not to engage in cheating, impersonation, or malpractice.

9.2. Harassment of faculty, staff, or other students may result in immediate removal form the registration of the course and with no refund.

9.3. Any attempt to hack or misuse the platform may attract civil and criminal consequences.

Student Conduct

10. Privacy, Data Use, and Communication

10.1. Basic personal data may be collected and processed for registration, academic improvement and for indentifiable areas of course and program and communication in line with applicable Indian data protection principles.

10.2. By enrolling, you consent to receive administrative messages, test reminders, academic/marketing communications through SMS, email, WhatsApp, calls, and in-app notifications. you may opt for purely promotional message as per the opt proccess notify for time to time.

10.3. Confidential information shared by aspirant/ candidate in doubts session or mentoring will be handled with reasonable care, subject to legal ablications and website platform limitatios.

Privacy

11. Third-Party Platforms and Links

11.1. Doubts Clearing Classes and test series answers and explanations may use third-party platforms like Zoom, Google Meet.

11.2. We use third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and EasyPay for processing payments. While we assist with payment-related queries, we are not responsible for any issues arising due to errors, failures, or risks associated with these third-party platforms.

11.3. We are not responsible for any data loss or technical failures from such platforms.Each platform has its own terms & privacy policy, which you must review accept seperatly.

Third Party

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the services (including negligence) shall be limited to the amount of course fee limited actually paid by you for the specific course in which the issue arose.

12.3. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of opportunity/chances/exhaust of chances, emotional distress or loss of income and amount arising from non-selection in final exam, Changes and exam pattern or alterations, or Government policies decisions.

Liability

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services, without refund in case of academic misconduct, piracy, abuse, violation of law or account sharing and mis use of the platform or violationof law or these Terms &m Conditions.

13.2. In Case of less serious incidents, we may issue warnings or temporary suspension before permanent action at our discretion.

Termination

14. Amendments to Terms

14.1. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory changes or academic changes or course changes or exam changes will be posted on the website with the effective date.

14.2. Continued use of Services after the effective date of the updated terms changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms & conditions.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

15.2. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, it shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
